Wayne Hagendorf is a member of the Hagendorf Law Firm with offices in Newport Beach, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

 

Mr. Hagendorf holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center, Los Angeles, California and a Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration-Accounting and Economics) from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

 

Mr. Hagendorf is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California, United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

He is also a national lecturer in the fields of estate planning, asset protection, business planning and corporate strategies.

Mr. Hagendorf is a 2002 recipient of the Dedication To Excellence Award in continuing professional education issued by Professional Education Systems Institute.

 

Mr. Hagendorf is a member of the California State Bar Association, Nevada Bar, American Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and a former staff member of the Computer Law Journal and Tax Law Journal. He is also a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Mr. Hagendorf has decades of experience as a Chief Financial Officer for start-up and emerging growth businesses. He has worked with small and medium sized companies in the retail, manufacturing, and service industries. He has worked with companies providing financial, legal, accounting, and general business advice so that the companies can grow and prosper efficiently and effectively.
