Stanley Hagendorf is the managing partner of the Hagendorf Law Firm in Las Vegas Nevada.

 

Mr. Hagendorf holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, Boston Massachusetts, a LL.M. (in Taxation) from New York University Graduate School of Law, New York, New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

 

In addition, Mr. Hagendorf is a former Professor of Law at the University of Miami Law School, he taught the J.D. program and the Masters of Law program in Tax and Estate Planning.

 

Mr. Hagendorf is the author ofmany books and numerous articles for various professional and non-professional magazines and a lecturer for over 40 years to Bar Associations, Accounting Associations, and various other organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Mr. Hagendorf is a Member Emeritus for the Commerce Clearing House Advisory Board for Financial and Estate Planning. Mr. Hagendorf is also the former Chairman of the Committee on Estate and Gift Taxation of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, former member of the Executive Council of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, former editor, BUSINESS TAXES INTERPRETED, former Estate Tax Editor, THE PRACTICAL ACCOUNTANT, former contributing editor of TAXES INTERPRETED, former editor of THE JOURNAL OF TAXATION, and former tax editor of MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS.

 

Mr. Hagendorf is a member of the American Bar Association, the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association, and former member of the New York State Bar Association, the Section of Taxation of the Florida Bar. He is retired member of the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar.
